Mexico City Hosts Annual Indigenous Culture Fiesta

Mexico City hosts the Festival of Indigenous Cultures 2017 in the Zócalo September 1-10.  Hashtag: 

Celebrating the pluricultural and multiethnic diversity of Mexico City and the world, the event includes more than 800 exhibitors. Around 400 artistic and cultural activities are planned.

The Festival of Indigenous Cultures 2017 exalts the cultural beauty of the Mexican towns through its crafts – among textiles, goldsmiths and jewelry -, gastronomy, concerts, dances, herbal treatments, literature, conferences, sculptures, basketry, workshops and movie screenings and more.
