ABOUT THE AWARD
REQUIREMENT - Books must be published in 2009
or in the last two months of 2008.
NOMINATIONS - Authors and publishers are encouraged
to submit their own work. Publishers are asked to nominate no
more than two titles.
VOTING - Voting took place in November 2009.
Respondents were be asked to review all the nominees and choose
their favorite. Multiple votes from a singe user were not be permitted.
