Must protect Gold Butte now
Biggest growth market for tourism to Las Vegas
We passed along stories from generation to generation
This is the kind of place you want to see preserved for your children, your children’s children and generations to come. Visitors from around the world will have the opportunity to see this place too.
Should not be a bi-partisan area.
Keep your damned hands off public lands
Gold Butte is an area of about 350,000 acres of public lands located between the Overton Arm of Lake Mead National Recreation Area and the Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument just west of Mesquite in southern Nevada near the Arizona border. Most of the area is currently designated as an Area of Critical Environmental Concern.
