2016 Day of the Dead in #CDMX

This photo essay features the 2016 work of my friend and old neighbor Boris Loredo (Spider) in Mexico City, aka CDMX.

Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) takes place on November 1 and 2, but the celebrations have already begun. I was blessed to live in Oaxaca City for more than a decade and got to see Boris prepare his altars and decorations first-hand. In 2016 he joined the festivities in Mexico City.

Social Web Challenge: Share photos of Day of the Dead on our Day of the Dead Group or upload to a platform of your choice and please name or tag the artist. Bonus points if you take a photo with Boris! You can also find Boris on Facebook. And if you can’t take your own photo, like or share one that is already online.
