Mexico City is one of the oldest cities in the Americas.

The Distrito Federal (Mexico City, also known as ‘DF’ and ‘CDMX’) (elevation: 2,240 meters or 7,350 feet) is the political hub of Mexico.

The city is surprisingly green thanks to numerous city parks, including the Alameda, Chapultepec, Viveros and the Xochimilco Gardens.

Not to give a false image of the sprawling metropolis. Sometimes the air quality is not the best. Cultural and historic landmarks are concentrated here. We’ve created a treasure hunt for those wanting to get off the beaten track.
